The project focuses on studying physical properties and thermal behavior in amorphous chalcogenide thin films prepared by solution processing and thermal evaporation. Amorphous chalcogenide thin films are widely used in practical applications, especially in infrared optics and optoelectronics. The knowledge of physical properties and thermal behavior is necessary for their preparation, processing, and application in practice. Also, a proper description of crystallization behavior and its prediction is essential for these materials' long-term stability and utilization.

Keywords:

chalcogenides; thermally evaporated films; solution-processed films; physical properties; thermal; behavior; crystallization

The project aims to characterize and predict properties and crystallization in promising low-cost materials suitable for infrared optics.
