International seminar 2013 - The Secret of Successful Projects
 
 
We would like to invite you to participate in the International seminar 2013 – „The Secret of Successful Projects“, which is primarily designated for those interested in cooperation, preparation and implementation of EU projects (both administrative and academic staff).
 
This two–day seminar includes sessions of invited speakers – leaders and coordinators of EU projects and is organised under the scope of the project „Grant Office – The Way to Successful Projects (GROFF)“. The GROFF project (http://projekty.upce.cz/groff/index.html) has started on August 1, 2011 in the framework of the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic.
 
International seminar 2013 will take place on September 16 – 17, 2013 at the premises of Hotel Zlatá Hvězda, Litomyšl, Czech Republic (http://www.zlatahvezda.com).
 
Participation at the seminar is FREE OF CHARGE (fully covered by organisers from the project resources)
  • every participant will obtain materials concerning the seminar,
  • conference proceedings will be the official output of the event,
  • refreshments and meals, including participation at the banquet, are granted by the organisers,
  • participants are only expected to cover transportation and accommodation expenses (please see the Accommodation tips)
  • official seminar language: Czech (first day), English (second day)
 
Types of the participation:
 
  1. Poster (in English only)
The poster session is scheduled on September 17, 2013 - the second day of the seminar.
If the participant sends a poster in pdf format until August 9, 2013 to pavlina.cizkova@upce.cz, this poster will be published in the conference proceedings.
 
  1. Full Paper in the conference proceedings (in English only)
The participant will send a paper in English until August 9, 2013 to pavlina.cizkova@upce.cz. Paper will be published in the conference proceedings. Please see the paper template.
 
  1. Passive attendance
