RNDr. Michal Dovčiak, Ph.D.

Michal Dovčiak graduated in theoretical physics at Faculty of Mathematics and physics, Charles University, Prague. He received his PhD degree at Astronomical Institute, Charles University, Prague in collaboration with the Astronomical Institute of Academy of Sciences. Currently, he works at the latter institute as a scientific researcher in the group of Relativistic astrophysics at the department of Galaxies and Planetary systems. He studies strong gravity near black holes and its footprints in the spectra of X-ray sources in our Galaxy as well as in the Active Galactic Nuclei."
