Ing. Anna Mittnerová

Anna Mittnerova is a member of the staff at the Department for Research and Development at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague. She assists to university’s research teams to create proposals and administrate projects that are carried out and financed under the European Framework and Lifelong Learning programmes for research and education.
She graduated in 1973 from the Faculty of Chemical Technology at |ICT Prague, Department of Glass and Ceramics. She started her career at this discipline; later she continued her career at a laboratory of a company performing the geological survey.
After the change of political climate in the Eastern Bloc, she acted as a commercial manager for foreign companies entering the Czech market in the field of chemistry and civil engineering.
Since 2004 she is involved in the European cooperation in research and education, at this field she has acquired rich experience through her participation in FP6, PF7 and LLL projects.

Anna is a principal investigator of the project KAMPUŠ, LE12005, financed by the MŠMT CZ under the programme EUPRO II. Its objective is to provide assistance to research teams to enhance wider participation in intra-European cooperation in research. (http://www.vscht.cz/homepage/veda/index/Profil_vav/kampus)
She was a head of the team organising the International Conference on Innovative Learning in Chemistry in Prague, at December 2012. The conference was a part of the “Chemistry is All Around Network„ project, executed under the LLL programme Comenius. (http://icil.vscht.cz/)
