International seminar 2014

“2014 – 2020: a New Challenge for Coordinators of the European Projects”

 

We would like to invite you to participate in the third year of International seminar, which is organized by the Office for International Relations and Development of the University of Pardubice under the scope of the project „Grant Office – The Way to Successful Projects (GROFF)“. The GROFF project (http://projekty.upce.cz/groff/index.html) has started on August 1, 2011 in the framework of the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic.

The International seminar 2014 has a subtitle “2014 – 2020: a New Challenge for Coordinators of the European Projects” and is primarily planned for those interested in cooperation, preparation and implementation of EU projects (both administrative and academic staff). The main aim of the seminar is to introduce programmes Horizon 2020, Marie Curie Actions and Erasmus+ (and one of the Czech Operational Programmes) co-financed by the EC in a new programme period of 2014 – 2020. For this two-day seminar we invited a number of speakers – representatives of the relevant institutions both from the Czech Republic and abroad (European Commission, Ministry of Education, Health and Sports - CR, National Agency for European Educational Programmes – CR, etc.) and coordinators and partners of EU educational and mobility projects.

International seminar 2014 will take place on May 13 – 14, 2014 in Pardubice, Czech Republic, in the Jan Kaspar Hall (premises of of Regional Authority of the Pardubice Region).

The seminar is organised under the auspices of the rector of the University of Pardubice.

 

Official seminar language is English.

Participation in the seminar is FREE OF CHARGE (fully covered by organisers from the project resources)

  • every participant will obtain materials concerning the seminar, incl. seminar proceedings (official output of the event),
  • refreshment and meals, including participation in the banquet (May 13, 2014), are granted by the organisers,
  • participants are only expected to cover transportation and accommodation expenses (please see the Accommodation tips)

There are several possible types of the attendance:

  1. Lecture (or Lecture together with a Full text in the seminar proceedings)

If you are interested in giving a lecture within the seminar, please contact linda.ondrackova@upce.cz.

  1. Poster (or Poster together with a Full text)

The poster session is scheduled on May 14, 2014 - the second day of the seminar.

If a participant sends his/her poster in pdf format until April 14, 2014 to linda.ondrackova@upce.cz, this poster will be published in the seminar proceedings.

  1. Full text in the conference proceedings (in English)

If a participant sends his/her paper until April 14, 2014 to linda.ondrackova@upce.cz, this paper will be published in the seminar proceedings. Please see the given template.

  1. Passive attendance
